You can scan files quickly directly from the HP Envy 4500 Series to your computer. You will find the scanned file(s) in the root of the Documents folder on your Windows computer. It doesn't matter which Windows operating system you are using. Your file(s) will be in PDF of JPG format, depending on the format you chose on the printer/scanner. The files will be named Scan001.pdf. The number increments for each scanned file.
